زمینه و هدف: اختلال وسواس فکری-عملی از جمله اختلالات ناتوان کننده است که عملکرد فرد را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. از این رو، هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر کاهش علائم وسواس فکری و عملی و افزایش رضایت زناشویی زنان متاهل بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: اﻳﻦ پژوهش از ﻧﻮع ﻧﻴﻤﻪ آزمایشی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون-ﭘﺲآزﻣﻮن با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان متاهل مبتلا به وسواس فکری و عملی شهر تهران در سال 1396 بود. 30 زن متاهل با دامنه سنی20 تا 45 سال به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه گواه، گروه آموزش ذهن آگاهی تقسیم‌ شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت یک ماه، 8 جلسه60 دقیقهای، ذهن آگاهی را آموزش دیدند. سپس از ‌آن‌ها پس ‌آزمون گرفته شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامههای علائم وسواس فکری-عملی وسواس اجباری و رضایت زناشویی استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون مانکوا در سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 05/0 و نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 صورت گرفت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: کسب رضایت آگاهانه و در اختیار قرار دادن نتایج از اصول اخلاقی در این پژوهش بود.
یافته‌ها: بررسی‏های آماری نشان داد که نمرات رضایت زناشویی پس از مداخله ذهن آگاهی در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافته است

> p). همچنین آموزش ذهن آگاهی کاهش معناداری را در علائم وسواس فکری-عملی زنان متاهل نشان داد (05/0> p).
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌‌های این پژوهش آموزش ذهن آگاهی میتواند شیوه مناسبی برای کاهش علائم وسواس فکری-عملی و افزایش رضایت زناشویی زنان متاهل باشد
