زمینه و هدف: فقر آهن یکی از شایعترین مشکلات تغذیه‌‌‌‌‌‌ای دوران بارداری است. این مطالعه با هدف سنجش سازه‌های تئوری رفتار برنامهریزیشده در خصوص رفتارهای تغذیه‌‌‌‌‌‌ای پیشگیریکننده از کم‌خونی فقر آهن در زنان باردار شهر اراک انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 199 زن باردار شهرستان اراک به صورت نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده در سال 1396 انجام پذیرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محققساخته روا و پایا و شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و سازههای تئوری رفتار برنامهریزیشده بوده است. بهمنظور تعیین مهمترین سازه‌های پیشگوییکننده رفتار زنان باردار از مدل چند متغیره رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد.
یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، میانگین سنی مادران 1/5±81/28 سال، میانگین هفته بارداری 9/8±04/28 هفته و فاصله بارداری با حاملگی قبلی 9/3±18/5 سال بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره نگرش 62/0±61/3، هنجار ذهنی 74/0±60/3، کنترل رفتار درکشده 58/0±50/3، قصد رفتاری 61/0±49/3، عملکرد 76/0±55/3 و آگاهی 2/0±57/0 بود. مدل رگرسیون خطی نشان داد که نمره عملکرد خانم‌های باردار به ازای هر یک واحد افزایش در نمره نگرش و هنجارهای ذهنی و کنترل رفتاری درکشده به ترتیب 463/0، 343/0و347/0 بهبود ‌می‌یابد.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج به دستآمده حاکی از لزوم ارائه برنامه‏های آموزشی در خصوص پیشگیری از کمخونی در زنان باردار با تأکید بر سازه‌های نگرش، هنجار ذهنی و کنترل رفتاری درکشده است و پیشنهاد میشود در زمان طراحی مداخلات در جهت بهبود رفتارهای تغذیه‌‌‌‌‌‌ای پیشگیریکننده از کمخونی در بارداری، سازه‌های نظریه رفتار برنامهریزیشده مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
