زمینه و هدف: ژن eNOS مسئول تولید نیتریک اکساید و آنژیوستاتین، مهارکننده آنژیوژنز میباشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر تمرین استقامتی بر بیان ژن آنژیوستاتین و eNOS در بافت قلب رتهای نر ویستار دیابتی نوع دوم بود.
مواد و روشها: در یک مطالعه تجربی، 36 سر رت نر نژاد ویستار بهطور تصادفی به سه گروه دیابتی با تمرین استقامتی (12= n، DET)، گروه کنترل دیابتی (12= n، DC) و گروه کنترل سالم (12= n، HC) تقسیم شدند. القای دیابت نوع 2 از طریق تزریق درون صفاقی STZ صورت گرفت. پروتکل تمرین شامل 10 هفته تمرین استقامتی، 5 جلسه در هفته به مدت 15 دقیقه و با سرعت 27 متر در دقیقه در هفته اول بود که بهتدریج به مدت 60 دقیقه با سرعت 27 متر در دقیقه در هفته نهم رسید. حیوانات 24 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین قربانی شدند و نمونهها از بافت قلب گرفته شد. بیان ژنهای آنژیوستاتین و eNOS با روش Real-Time PCR بررسی شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه استفاده گردید. سطح ‌معنی‌داری 05/0>p در نظر گرفته شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این مطالعه با کد 329 .1394 IR.ARAKMU.REC. به تصویب کمیته اخلاق پژوهشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک رسیده است.
یافتهها: بیان ژن آنژیوستاتین و eNOS در گروه DC در مقایسه با گروه HC افزایش ‌معنی‌داری را نشان داد (000/0=p). تمرین استقامتی موجب کاهش ‌معنی‌دار بیان ژن آنژیوستاتین و eNOS در مقایسه با گروه DC شد (000/0=p).
نتیجهگیری: به نظر می‌رسد بیان ژن آنژیوستاتین و eNOS بافت قلب دیابتی تحت تاثیر مثبت تمرین استقامتی قرار می‌گیرد.
