fa مقایسه میزان مصرف دارو در کادر پزشکی و حرفه غیر پزشکی عمومى General زمینه و هدف: مطالعات انجام گرفته در ایران و جهان حاکی از مصرف بالای دارو است. در این سال‌ها علی رغم تلاش وزارت بهداشت در کنترل میزان مصرف دارو، متاسفانه سیر رو به افزایش این روند ادامه داشته است، لذا به نظر می‌رسد که علاوه بر علل بررسی شده توسط تحقیقات قبلی علل دیگری نیز در افزایش مصرف دارو در ایران دخالت دارند. یکی از عواملی که به نظر می‌رسد در میزان مصرف دارو در ایران دخالت داشته باشد ولی تا کنون نادیده گرفته شده است، مصرف زیاد دارو توسط کادر پزشکی است، لذا هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی میزان مصرف دارو در کادر پزشکی و مقایسه آن با هم‌ترازان آنها در کادر غیر پزشکی است. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، میزان مصرف ماهیانه دارو در هشت گروه، دانشجویان سال اول پزشکی، دانشجویان انترن پزشکی، پزشکان عمومی، پزشکان متخصص، دانشجویان سال اول رشته‌های غیرپزشکی، دانشجویان در شرف فارغ التحصیلی رشته‌های غیرپزشکی و نیز اساتید دانشگاه‌های غیرپزشکی توسط پرسش نامه‌هایی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و با یکدیگر مقایسه گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که میزان مصرف دارو در هر دو گروه با افزایش سطح تحصیلات کاهش می‌یابد. هم‌چنین مقایسه میزان مصرف دارو در گروه پزشکی و غیر پزشکی نشان داد که دانشجویان سال‌های اول و دوم، در میزان مصرف اغلب داروها، تفاوت معنی‌داری با هم ندارند، با این حال پزشکان عمومی و متخصص، نسبت به هم‌ترازان خود در رشته‌های غیر پزشکی داروی بیشتری مصرف می‌کنند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که مصرف زیاد دارو در پزشکان از جمله نکاتی است که در زمینه مصرف بیش از اندازه دارو در کشور باید مورد توجه بیشتر قرار گیرد. Background: Previous studies in Iran and around the world have indicated the high rate of medicines use. In recent years, medicine use has continued to rise in spite of attempts made by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in Iran. Therefore, it seems that in addition to the reasons considered in previous studies, there are other reasons for this problem in Iran. One of the parameters involved in this problem is the high medicine use among the clinical staff. Thus the aim of this study is to compare medicine use among clinical and non-clinical staff members. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, information about the monthly use of medicines was obtained by means of a questionnaire administered to eight groups of clinical and non-clinical members: first-year medical students, first-year non-medical students, interns of medicine, forth-year non-medical students, general physicians, specialists, academic members with M.Sc, and academic members with PhD degrees. Results: The results showed that medicine use decreased with increase in education level in both groups. In addition, the comparison of medicine use between clinical and non-clinical groups showed that there is not a significant difference for most medicines among the first- and second-year students but medicine use significantly increased among general physicians and specialists compared to the control groups.
