fa بررسی شادکامی، سلامت روانی و ارتباط بین آنها در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک در سال 1389 عمومى General زمینه و هدف: تا به حال محقیقین توجه زیادی را به شادکامی و ارتباط آن با عوامل گسترده‌ای مانند شخصیتی، اقتصادی اجتماعی، سلامت عمومی و عوامل دیگر را داشته‌اند. با همه این موارد مطالعات بسیار کمی در خصوص موضوع شادکامی انجام گرفته است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی شادکامی، سلامت روانی و ارتباط بین آنها در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی یک نمونه تصادفی 315 نفری از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک در سال 1389 انجام گرفته است. برای محاسبه شادکامی از پرسش‌نامه آکسفورد و برای به دست آوردن نمره سلامت عمومی دانشجویان از پرسش‌نامه GHQ28 استفاده شده است. داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های تی، آنالیز واریانس، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون لجستیک و آزمون کای اسکوئر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمرات شادکامی دانشجویان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک 14/14±72/40 به دست آمد و تنها 2/9 درصد شادکامی بهنجار داشتند. میانگین نمرات سلامت روانی دانشجویان نیز 47/7 73/25 بوده است و 1/32 درصد دانشجویان از سلامت روانی بهنجار برخوردار بودند. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری را بین نمره شادکامی و سلامت روانی دانشجویان نشان داد(012/0p= و 14/0-=r). نتیجه‌گیری: با در نظر گرفتن وضعیت شادکامی و سلامت روانی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک، توجه جدی به این موضوع در برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی توصیه می‌شود. Background: To date, researchers have paid extensive attention to happiness and its relationship with a wide variety of personality, socio-demographic, and health-related factors. However, there is still little research on the issue of happiness. This study was done to investigate happiness and mental health and the relationship between them in the students studying at Arak University of Medical Sciences, Arak, Iran, in 2010. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was carried out on 315 students at Arak University of Medical Sciences who were randomly selected during 2010. The students' happiness was measured by Oxford questionnaire and their mental health was measured using GHQ28. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Logistic regression, and Chi-square test using SPSS software. Results: The mean of happiness in the students was 40.72±14.14 with only 9.2% of them in the normal range of happiness. Their mental health score was 25.73±7.47 with 32.1% of them within the normal range. Pearson correlation coefficient showed a statistically significant relationship between happiness score and mental health score (r=-0.14, p=0.012).
