fa بروسلوزیس در بارداری عفونی Infection زمینه و هدف: بروسلوز یکی از بیماری‎های مشترک بین انسان و دام بوده که در ایران به صورت اندمیک مشاهده می‎شود. ابتلا به این بیماری در هنگام حاملگی می‎تواند سبب تاثیر نامطلوب بر روی ماحصل بارداری گردد ولی بر روی این اصل که آیا می‎تواند منتهی به بروز سقط یا سایر عوارض ناگوار گردد توافق قطعی وجود ندارد. هدف این مطالعه مروری بر گزارشات موجود در زمینه تاثیر بروسلوزیس بر روی ماحصل بارداری، عوامل خطر، علائم بالینی و هم‎چنین ایمنی شناسی بروسلوزیس در هنگام بارداری است. مواد و روش‎ها: این بررسی مروری بر روی مقالات منتشر شده داخلی و خارجی مرتبط با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی چون بروسلوز، حاملگی، سقط، مرگ داخل رحمی، زایمان زودرس در پایگاه‎های Black cohrane، IranMedex، ISC، Ovid، SID، Elsevier cohrane و Pubmed انجام شده است. یافته‎ها: از بین مقالات تحقیقی جستجو شده تعداد 50 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق بود که به مباحثی چون بررسی بروسلوز و عوارض ان در دوران حاملگی پرداخته‎اند. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس بررسی این تحقیق عواقب بروسلوز در هنگام بارداری می‎تواند به صورت الگوی زایمان طبیعی، سقط، مرگ جنین در داخل رحم و زایمان زودرس بروز نماید. لذا در مناطق اندمیک به خصوص با سطح اقتصادی اجتماعی پایین، آموزش بانوان و دختران از خطرات و عوامل خطر و غربال‎گری زنان باردار می‎تواند از عواقب ناگوار بروسلوز در این دوران مهم جلوگیری نماید. ضمن اینکه تحقیقات گسترده‎تری در زمینه بررسی واکنش‎های ایمونولوژیک که متعاقب ابتلا به بروسلوز در هنگام بارداری رخ می‎دهد مورد نیاز می‎باشد. Background: Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease which is endemic in Iran. Infection with brucella species during pregnancy can have negative impacts on the outcome of pregnancy however, there is no consensus on its leading to abortion or other severe complications. The aim of the present study is to determine the role of brucellosis in pregnancy and to characterize the risk factors, clinical presentations, and immunology of brucellosis based on the existing reports. Materials and Methods: In this review article, we studied papers on Pubmed, Elsevier, Cohrane, SID, Ovid, ISC, and IranMedex through such keywords as brucellosis, abortion, intra-uterine fatal diseases, and preterm labor. Results: Among the original research papers, 51 were found to be related to the title of this study and dealt with the outcome of brucellosis on pregnant women and had discussed the complications of pregnant patients suffering from brucellosis. Conclusion: According to the investigations made in this study, brucellosis in pregnancy can manifest as normal delivery, increased incidence of spontaneous abortion, intra-uterine fatal diseases, and premature delivery. Therefore, in endemic areas, especially those with inhabitants of low socioeconomic class, educating girls and women of childbearing age about brucellosis and its dangers and risk factors and isolating pregnant women may help prevent the disease and its complications in pregnancy.
