fa تعیین نیازهای آموزشی هندلینگ مادری به مراقبان خانوادگی و کودکان فلج مغزی در منزل بر اساس سطح عملکرد حرکتی درشت در شهر اراک اطفال Pediatrics پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:28.9pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> شناخت نیازهای واقعی کودکان فلج مغزی و خانواده‌های آن ها، به درمان‌گران جهت ارایه خدمات درمانی مناسب کمک شایانی می‌کند. هدف از &nbsp;این مطالعه، تعیین نیازهای آموزشی هندلینگ مادری به مراقبان خانوادگی و کودکان فلج مغزی در منزل بر اساس سطح عملکرد حرکتی درشت می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:28.9pt;"><strong>مواد و روش</strong>‌<strong>ها:</strong> این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی &ndash; تحلیلی بود که به صورت مقطعی انجام شد. جامعه هدف کودکان فلج مغزی 4 تا 12 ساله شهر اراک و نمونه‌های در دسترس کودکان مراجعه کننده به مراکز توان بخشی بودند که از بین آن ها 186 کودک که شرایط ورود به مطالعه را داشتند به صورت ساده و هدف مند انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده، &nbsp;سامانه طبقه‌بندی عملکرد حرکتی درشت (<span dir="LTR">GMFCSE&R</span>)، برای ارزیابی شدت ضایعه عملکرد حرکتی درشت و مقیاس عملکرد کاری کانادایی (<span dir="LTR">COPM</span>) برای تعیین نیازها بودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آماره‌های توصیفی و آنالیز واریانس دو طرفه استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:28.9pt;"><strong>یافته</strong>‌<strong>ها:</strong> بیشترین نیاز آموزشی هندلینگ، آموزش در حیطه مراقبت از خود به ویژه آموزش در زمینه‌های سرویس بهداشتی، غذا دادن و تحرک و جا به جایی بود که به سطح <span dir="LTR">V</span> سامانه عملکرد حرکتی درشت (جا به جایی با صندلی چرخ دار دستی توسط دیگران) مربوط می شد. تفاوت معنی‌داری بین نیازهای آموزشی هندلینگ مادری کودکان فلج مغزی از لحاظ سن و شدت ضایعه عملکرد حرکتی درشت وجود نداشت(05/0<span dir="LTR">p></span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:28.9pt;"><strong>نتیجه</strong>‌<strong>گیری:</strong> به نظر می‌رسد درمان‌گران بهتر است همراه با استفاده از سایر مداخلات درمانی، آموزش‌های هندلینگ مادری را به ویژه در حیطه مراقبت از خود در برنامه درمانی خود اعمال کنند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: times new roman"><strong><em>Background:</em></strong> Understanding the real needs of children with cerebral palsy and their families &nbsp;helps the therapists to provide adequate health care service for them. This study aimed to determine the needs &nbsp;of &nbsp;mothering handling training for family caregiving of children and youth with CP at home based on the level of gross motor function.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: times new roman"><strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em></strong> This research was a descriptive, analytical and cross sectional study that was performed on 186 children 4-12 year olds with CP from the rehabilitation clinics in the city of Arak. They were selected by simple and purposeful sampling. Clinical tests were Gross Motor Measure Function Classification System Expanded & Revised (GMFCS E&R) to assess the severity of gross motor function lesions and canadian Occupational performance measure (COPM) to determine the needs. Data were analyzed by descriptive tests such as: statistical test and two<span dir="rtl">-</span>way ANOVA.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: times new roman"><strong><em>Results:</em></strong>&nbsp; The most important need of mothering handling training was self care training specially toileting, feeding, eating and functional mobility related to children with CP in the level of V of GMFCS E&R (transported in a manual wheelchair).
