other بررسی ارتباط بین اسکولیوز و اختلاف طول دست ها و پاها در دانش آموزان 11 تا 15 ساله شهر اهواز اطفال Pediatrics پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="RTL">ستون مهره ای انسان از نظر آناتومیکی دارای دو انحنای سینه ای و خاجی با تحدب خلفی و دو انحنای گردنی و کمری با تحدب قدامی است اما انحنای جانبی ندارد. هرگونه انحنای به طرفین را اسکولیز می نامند، موجود بودن اسکولیز با مشکلات پزشکی مانند نارحتی های قلبی ریوی </span><span dir="RTL">&ndash;</span><span dir="RTL"> درد کمر </span><span dir="RTL">&ndash;</span><span dir="RTL"> عدم تقارن و همراه است پروژه حاضر بصورت غربالگری در مدارس راهنمایی مناطق چهارگانه آموزش و پرورش شهر اهواز در بین پسران 11 تا 15 انجام شده است. 1033 نمونه به طور اتفاقی مشخص و با اهداف تعیین میزان درصد اسکولیز، اندازه گیری طول قد، طول دست ها و پاها و طول بازو و سپس ارتباط پارامترهای ذکر شده با اسکولیز بررسی و انجام گردید. میزان اسکولیز در جمعیت مورد مطالعه 1/36 درصد بود. در 1/2 درصد کل افراد مورد مطالعه بین طول پای چپ و طول پای راست اختلافی بین 5 تا 30 میلیمتر وجود داشت و در 1/8 درصد کل افراد مورد مطالعه بین طول دست ها اختلافی بین 5 تا 12 میلیمتر مشاهده شد. اختلاف طول قد و بازو در افراد مبتلا به اسکولیوز نسبت به افراد سالم بیشتر بوده و تفاوت معنی دار بود، تست آماری نشان داد بین اختلاف طول پاها و اسکولیوز و نیز اختلاف طول دست ها با اسکولیز رابطه معنی دار است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="LTR">The human vertebral in anatomical position have two curves thoracic and sacral with posterior curvature and two lumbar and cervical with anterior curvature. The vertebral column no lateral curves. Any curves in the both sides are called scoliosis. Presence of scoliosis is accompany with medical problems such as cardiopulmonary failure,&nbsp;lumbar pain asimetry and deformity. Present project is considered all of the pre-schools boys have done in ages between 11-15 years in every four educational districts of Ahwaz by school screening, 1033 cases was randomly put under.
