fa آسیب‌های زمان و نمود دستوری در آفازی: مرور روایتی Grammatical Tense and Aspect Impairments in Aphasia: A Narrative Review عمومى General مقاله مروری Review Article مقدمه: خطاهای صرف افعال به میزان زیاد در افراد دارای آفازی گزارش شده ‌است. برخلاف تکواژهای صرفی نظیر مطابقه یا وجه را نشان می‌دهند، صرف زمان و نمود دستوری آسیب‌پذیرترند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مطالعات انجام شده در رابطه با زمان و نمود دستوری در آفازی و جمع‌بندی نتایج آن می‌باشد. روش کار: جست‌وجو در دو پایگاه داده PubMed و Google Scholar با کلیدواژه‌های  “Aphasia” AND (“Time” OR “Aspect” OR “Tense” OR “Time reference” OR “Verb Inflection”) انجام‌ گردید و مقالات مربوطه که به زبان انگلیسی یا فارسی در مجلات معتبر چاپ شده بود از سال 1980 تا 2023 گردآوری ‌شدند. اطلاعات کلی شامل نام نویسندگان، سال انتشار، زبان، تعداد شرکت‌کنندگان و نوع آفازی، تکالیف، مهارت بررسی‌شده و نتایج استخراج شد. یافته‌ها: 49 مطالعه در 21 زبان، شناسایی گردید. بیشترین مطالعات در آفازی ناروان (35) و کمترین در روان (3) بود. محققان از تکالیف مختلفی نظیر تکمیل جمله، توصیف تصویر، گفتار پیوسته، قضاوت دستوری استفاده برای بررسی مهارت زمان و نمود استفاده کرده‌بودند. از بین مطالعات مرور شده زمان و نمود، 15 مطالعه نقص در زمان گذشته، 2 مطالعه نقص در زمان آینده، 5 مطالعه نقص در هر دو زمان گذشته و آینده و 13 مطالعه علی‌رغم نقص زمان، تفاوتی بین زمان‌ها گزارش نکرده‌بودند. از 14 مطالعۀ نمود، 8 مطالعه نشان‌دهنده نقص در نمود تام و 3 مطالعه نقص در نمود ناقص بود و در 2 مطالعه تفاوتی بین انواع نمود گزارش نشد. در یک مطالعه هم نقص نمود بدون اشاره به تفاوت نوع نمود گزارش شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نقایص زمان و نمود از علایم آفازی، خصوصاً آفازی ناروان هستند. ظاهرا زمان گذشته و نمود تام آسیب بیشتری دارند که پژوهشگران این موضوع را به ظرفیت‌های محدود حافظۀ فعال افراد دارای آفازی و ماهیت تکلیف به‌کار رفته در تحقیق مرتبط می‌دانند Background : Verb Inflection errors are frequent in individuals with aphasia, yet, different features of it are not equally impaired. Tense and aspect are more vulnerable than morphemes of agreement or mood. The present study was aimed at reviewing the studies of grammatical tense and aspect in aphasia. Materials and Methods: Two databases of PubMed and Google Scholar were searched with the following syntax: “Aphasia” AND (“Time” OR “Aspect” OR “Tense” OR “Time reference” OR “Verb Inflection”). Articles that were published in English or Persian in peer-reviewed journals from 1980 to 2023 were included. General information including the names of the authors, year of publication, language, number of participants with aphasia, type of aphasia, the applied tests, and the assessed skills were extracted. Findings: 49 studies, in 21 different languages were identified. 35 studies were conducted on non-fluent aphasia, 3 studies on fluent aphasia. The Test for Assessing Reference of Time (TART) was the only formal test used in 11 studies. 38 studies had used self-made tasks including sentence completion, picture description, repetition, connected speech, grammatical judgment, and sentence-picture matching. Of the studies reviewed, 15 studies reported deficits in the past tense, 2 studies reported deficits in the future tense, 6 studies reported deficits in both the past and future tenses, and 13 studies reported no differences between tenses despite the deficits in time. Of the 14 studies of aspect, 8 studies reported deficits in perfct aspect and 3 studies reported deficits in imperfect aspec. Conclusion: Tense and aspect deficits can be considered as noticeable symptom of nonfluent aphasia. It seems that the past tense and perfect aspect are more damaged.
