fa سطح آگاهی نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های کرمانشاه نسبت به بروسلوز: مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی- تحلیلی Awareness, Attitude, and Practice Levels of University Students in Kermanshah Toward Brucellosis: A Descriptive–Analytical Cross-Sectional Study بهداشت Health پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان مراکز آموزش عالی استان کرمانشاه نسبت به بیماری بروسلوز انجام شد تا داده‌های پایه‌ای لازم برای طراحی سیاست‌های منطقه‌ای و بهبود برنامه‌های آموزش سلامت فراهم شود. روش کار: ااین پژوهش به شیوه‌ی توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ای استاندارد بر مبنای مقیاس لیکرت اجرا شد. جمعیت مورد مطالعه دانشجویان از رشته‌ها و مقاطع تحصیلی مختلف دانشگاه‌های کرمانشاه در سال 1403 بود. نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه آنلاین از طریق فراخوان در شبکه‌های اجتماعی دانشگاهی (واتساپ، تلگرام، اینستاگرام) انجام شد. از ۴۲۰ پرسشنامه توزیع‌شده، ۳۴۳ مورد (81/7 درصد) کامل و معتبر دریافت شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ناپارامتری، تحلیل رگرسیون و ضریب همبستگی Pearson و در سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 > P تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: ییافته‌ها نشان داد میانگین سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان نسبت به بیماری بروسلوز با متغیرهایی همچون جنسیت، مقطع و رشته تحصیلی ارتباط معنی‌دار دارد (0/05 > P). توزیع جنسیتی شرکت‌کنندگان 191 زن، 152 مرد بود. زنان (0/01 > P)، دانشجویان کارشناسی (0/0035 = P) و رشته‌های علوم زیستی (0/001 > P) آگاهی و نگرش بالاتری داشتند. زنان، تحصیلیت تکمیلی و رشته‌های غیرزیستی کمترین سطوح را نشان دادند. همچنین، اینترنت و شبکه‌های اجتماعی به‌عنوان مؤثرترین منابع کسب اطلاعات شناسایی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه بیانگر آن بود که آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان درباره بروسلوز در گرو عوامل جمعیت‌شناختی و تحصیلی قرار دارد. ارتقای دانش پایه در زمینه ماهیت بیماری، راه‌های انتقال، پیامدهای بالینی و عوارض ناشی از آن مستلزم توسعه برنامه‌های آموزش سلامت، تقویت سیاست‌های پیشگیرانه و استفاده هدفمند از رسانه‌ها و ابزارهای دیجیتال آموزشی است. این اقدامات می‌تواند به کاهش بروز بیماری در مناطق بومی و بهبود شاخص‌های سلامت عمومی کمک کند.   Introduction: Brucellosis remains one of the most significant endemic zoonotic diseases in Kermanshah Province, where public awareness plays a pivotal role in its prevention and control. University students, as an educated and influential segment of society, can contribute substantially to shaping health-promoting behaviors and supporting effective educational strategies. This study aimed to assess the level of knowledge and awareness of university students regarding brucellosis in Kermanshah Province, providing baseline data for developing regional policies and improving health education programs. Methods: A descriptive-analytical cross-sectional survey was conducted using a standardized questionnaire based on the Likert scale. The study included 343 students selected from various academic fields and educational levels. Data were analyzed using non-parametric tests, regression analysis, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient with a 95% confidence interval (P<0.05). All ethical considerations were observed throughout the research process. Results: The results indicated a statistically significant association between students’ knowledge and attitudes toward brucellosis and variables such as gender, academic level, and field of study (P<0.05). Male students, those in higher academic levels, and those from biological sciences exhibited higher awareness scores. The internet and social networks were identified as the most influential sources of information. Conclusion: The findings highlight the influence of demographic and educational factors on students’ awareness of brucellosis. Enhancing baseline knowledge about the disease, its transmission routes, clinical complications, and preventive measures requires strengthened public health education, improved preventive policies, and targeted use of digital media and communication platforms.
