fa تاثیر آموزش مجازی قرآن بر اخلاق عمومی و حرفه ای پزشکان عمومى General پژوهشي اصیل Original Atricle زمینه و هدف: امروزه این سوال که جنبه‌های معنوی سلامت چگونه می‌توانند در چارچوب ارتباط پزشک و بیمار قرار گیرند به یکی از بحث‌های کنونی در حوزه پزشکی و احترام به ارزش‌های بیمار تبدیل شده است. مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش مجازی از طریق ارسال ایمیل بر به کارگیری شاخصه‌های اخلاق قرآنی و اسلامی توسط پزشکان اجرا شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مداخله‌ای تعداد 75 نفر از پزشکان عمومی و متخصص شهر کرمانشاه با روش غیر تصادفی آسان وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل چک لیست عملکرد رفتار پزشکان و پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته، براساس ویژگی‌های اخلاقی استخراج شده از قرآن و احادیث بود. هر هفته سه بار مطالبی استخراج شده از منابع اسلامی به ایمیل شرکت کنندگان ارسال شد تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها ا استفاده از آزمون تی وابسته در نرم افزار 15SPSS انجام شد. یافته‌ها: عمده‌ترین یافته‌های پژوهش نشان دهنده تاثیر آموزش عجازی قرآن در افزایش به کارگیری مولفه‌های اخلاق عمومی و ثابت ماندن مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای بود. نتیجه‌گیری: گر چه ارتقای اخلاق حرفه‌ای نیازمند یک سلسله آموزش‌های بلند مدت‌تر می‌باشد اما نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد آموزه‌های دینی در افزایش به کارگیری مداخله‌های اخلاق عمومی موثر می‌باشد. Background: Nowadays, the question of how the moral aspects of health can be put into the framework of patient-physician relationship has turned into a current debate in the area of medicine and patients’ rights. This study was conducted to examine the effect of virtual education through sending emails to physicians on their application of Islamic and Quranic codes of ethics. Materials and Methods: In this interventional study, 75 general practitioners and specialists in Kermanshah were selected through non-randomized simple sampling method. The means of data collection were physicians’ ethical conduct checklist and a questionnaire which was prepared by the researcher according to the ethical traits extracted from Quran and Hadith. Concepts extracted from Islamic resources were sent to the physicians email addresses 3 times a week. Data were analyzed through dependent t-test using SPSS software version15. Results: The major findings of the study indicated the positive effects of online Quran teaching on enhancing the application of the ethical codes of conduct and stabilizing the professional codes of ethics.
