زمینه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل بهزیستی معنوی در ‌پیش‌گیری از سوءمصرف مواد در نوجوان بوده است.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش مطالعه کیفی و با استفاده از مرور سیستماتیک اطلاعات موجود در پایگاههای داخلی و خارجی در زمینه مطالعات مربوط به بهزیستی معنوی و نقش آنها در ‌پیش‌گیری از سوءمصرف مواد در گروه سنی نوجوانان صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری شامل منابع آرشیوی مطالعات غیرمداخلهای بود که بین سالهای 1986 تا 2016 در پایگاههای Oxford Journal، Science Direct، Wiley Online Library، Taylor&Francis، ProQuest، Springer، Iranmedex،Irandoc ،SID  وMagiran  و با کلید واژههای بهزیستی معنوی، معنویت، ‌پیش‌گیری از سوء مصرف مواد و نوجوانان انجام گرفت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این مطالعه با کد اخلاق 1129/8797 در پردیس فارابی دانشگاه تهران به تصویب رسیده است.
یافتهها: پس از بررسی و ارزیابی کیفیت پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته، درنهایت از بین 73 مقاله و پایان نامه شامل 8 مقاله فارسی، 65 مقاله انگلیسی حاوی 11 پایان نامه و 54 مقاله، متغیرهای در ارتباط با مفاهیم موردنظر استخراج و بر اساس نظریه فیشر (1998) در زمینه ابعاد بهزیستی معنوی، مدل مفهومی ارائه گردید. بر این اساس، مقوله فرعی بهزیستی معنوی در برگیرنده سه تم (مضمون) ارتباط با دیگران، ارتباط با خود و ارتباط با خداوند در نظر گرفته شد که هر یک از آنها دو مضمون فرعی سلامت روانی (درونفردی و بین فردی) و بهزیستی روانی (درونفردی و بین فردی) را نشان دادند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهشهای انجام شده حاکی از این بود که بهزیستی معنوی بر روی عوامل متعدد سلامت و بهزیستی روانی نوجوانان تاثیر میگذارد و از این طریق نقش مهمی را در ‌پیش‌گیری از سوءمصرف مواد در آنها ایفا میکند.
