مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی طرحوارهدرمانی مبتنی بر آموزش مادران بر شایستگی هیجانی- اجتماعی در نوجوانان دختر دارای رفتارهای جامعهستیز انجام شد.
روش کار: این پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی، با استفاده از طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری دو ماهه با یک گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانشآموزان 4 مدرسه دولتی دخترانه دوره متوسط دوم ساکن شهر کرج در سال 1402- 1403 تشکیل دادند. شرکتکنندگان این پژوهش شامل 20 نوجوان دختر دارای رفتارهای جامعهستیز و مادران آنها بودند که از میان 520 دانشآموز پایههای دهم و یازدهم شناسایی شدند. شرکتکنندگان بر اساس نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دوگروه طرحوارهدرمانی و کنترل (هر کدام 10 نفر) جایدهی شدند. ابزارهای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه جامعهستیزی Levenson و پرسشنامه شایستگی هیجانی- اجتماعی Zhou & Ee بود. برای گروه آزمایش برنامه طرحواره درمانی، 12 جلسه 90 دقیقهای بر روی مادران انجام شد، در حالی که مادران گروه کنترل در فهرست انتظار قرار گرفت. ابزارها در مراحل پیشآزمون و پسآزمون توسط فرزندان نوجوانان آنها تکمیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس آمیخته نشان داد، بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل در پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری تفاوت وجود دارد
(0/05 > P). به عبارت دیگر، طرحوارهدرمانی مبتنی بر آموزش مادران در افزایش شایستگی هیجانی- اجتماعی مؤثر بود، به عبارت دیگر، طرحوارهدرمانی مبتنی بر آموزش مادران بهطور مؤثری شایستگی هیجانی- اجتماعی نوجوانان را افزایش داد.
نتیجهگیری: پیشنهاد میشود که از طرحوارهدرمانی مبتنی بر آموزش مادران به عنوان یک روش مکمل در کنار سایر روشها برای مقابله با مشکلات روانشناختی و افزایش شایستگی هیجانی- اجتماعی در دانشآموزان دارای رفتارهای جامعهستیز استفاده کرد.

نتیجهگیری: پیشنهاد میشود که از طرحوارهدرمانی مبتنی بر آموزش مادران به عنوان یک روش مکمل در کنار سایر روشها برای مقابله با مشکلات روانشناختی و افزایش شایستگی هیجانی- اجتماعی در دانشآموزان دارای رفتارهای جامعهستیز استفاده کرد.
